CBSE Board Class 10th And 12th Result 2025: Forgot Your Roll Number? Here’s How You Can Find It

The CBSE result for Class 10th and 12th is likely to be announced next week. The result will be available on cbse.gov.in.

The Central Board Of Second Education (CBSE) will soon announce the result of Class 10th and 12th in the coming week. The result will be made available on the official website of CBSE and the students will have to login by using their respective roll numbers and date of birth. But what happens if you forget your roll number and face trouble in logging in on the website? Here’s the solution.

Students can directly visit the ‘www.cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/finder.html’ to find their roll number. First, click at the server of your choice. Then, enter your name, father’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth and click on ‘Search Data’. You roll number will be visible on your screens.

The results of CBSE 10th And 12th board exams are likely to be out in this month between May 8 to 13. In 2024, the results were announced on May 13 as well. However, there is no official confirmation regarding the result’s date and time as of now.

The result will be made available on official websites ‘cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in.’. Students can access their marksheet by using the UMANG app. Other websites are results.cbse.nic.in, results.digilocker.gov.in. The result can also be accessed via DigiLocker.

Students must use their 6-digit access code to access their digital accounts according to CBSE Board regulations. Schools now have access to the code. Board’s examination controller Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj said that with this code, students will be able to get all the digital documents related to their results, which will be important for admission or jobs in the future.

According to Live Mint, around 24.12 lakh students attended CBSE Class 10th exams across 84 subjects. Whereas, 17.88 lakh students attended CBSE Class 12th exams across 120 subjects.
