CAT answer key 2025: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode will release the CAT 2025 answer key today. The exam took place on November 30, and once the answer key is available, candidates can check it on the official website, iimcat.ac.in. With the answer key, students can compare their answers and get an idea of their expected score before the final results are declared.
IIM Kozhikode will also open the objection window after the provisional answer key is released. If any candidate finds an error, they can raise a challenge from December 8 at 12 pm to December 10 at 11:55 pm. After checking all objections, the final answer key and the results will be published.
CAT answer key 2025: Exam pattern
CAT 2025 was held at 339 test centres across 170 cities. Out of 2.95 lakh registered candidates, about 2.58 lakh appeared for the exam, which is nearly 86% attendance, as per IIM Kozhikode. The test was conducted in three sessions. This year’s paper had a total of 68 questions — 24 from Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), and 22 each from Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR) and Quantitative Ability (QA).

Last year, the CAT exam was held on November 24, and the answer key was released on December 3. In 2023 and 2022, the answer keys were made available on December 5 and December 1, respectively. Historical data shows that the answer key is typically released within a week of the exam.
