BSF Head Constable Recruitment 2023: Border Security Force (BSF) will soon conclude the application process for the post of Head Constable (Radio Operator) and Head Constable (Radio Mechanic). The last date to apply is May 12. Candidates can apply through the official website rectt.bsf.gov.in This recruitment drive aims to fill 247 vacancies, out of which 217 vacancies are for Head Constable (Radio Operator) and 30 for Head Constable (Radio Mechanic).

Eligible Criteria 

Candidates must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with two years of ITI certificates or at least 60% in Matric level.

Age Range

The age limit for the applicant in Border Security Force (BSF) Recruitment is set to be between 18 years to 25 years as on May 12, 2023. However, the upper age limit is relaxed for reserved category candidates.

Salary

  • Head Constable Radio Operator: Level 4 in the Pay Matrix
  • Head Constable Radio Mechanic: Rs.25500-81100 (As per 7th CPC)

Application Fee

  • Unreserved/ EWS/ OBC category -- Rs 100 as an examination fee and Rs 47.20 service charge for BSF Recruitment. 
  • Women candidates/SC/ST/BSF serving personnel and Ex-servicemen are free from examination fees.
