UP Crime: The Ghaziabad police has arrested an accused of killing his girlfriend in a hotel room because she refused to stay overnight. The girlfriend was married to another man.
Media reports state that Rachna, a resident of Baghpat, used to pay frequent visits to her boyfriend Gautam in Ghaziabad by lying to her husband Rajkumar. On the evening of December 25, the girl met the accused again.
Hotel Staff Found The Dead Body
According to reports, the next day when the hotel staff reached the room, they found the woman’s body lying on the floor. Afterwards, the hotel management informed the police about the matter.

To nab the accused, the police made the electronic surveillance. Reportedly, Gautam has confessed to the police that he murder the woman.
He said that he strangled Rachna to death because she was not ready to stay with him in the hotel. Gautam told the police that he was in romantic relationship with the woman.
Rachana Lied To Her Husband To Meet Gautam
Rachna, a resident of Niwada village situated near the Collectorate in Baghpat, was having a love affair with Gautam Singh. Gautam was a resident of Amrala village in Bhojpur.
The woman lied to her husband Rajkumat two days ago and and came at the behest of the accused Gautam.
Police told that both reached the hotel at 9 pm. Gautam used ID Card to book the room till the afternoon of December 26. He told the staff that Rachana was his wife.
Gautam told the police that Rachna started insisting on going home late at night and also threatened to call the police. Meanwhile, Gautam got angry and killed Rachna.
