Delhi: In a shocking case, a woman and her lover-nephew strangled her husband to death in Kinanagar village near Bhavanpur in Meerut. Following the murder, the accused quickly burned the dead body, claiming that death was caused by alcohol consumption. In this case, the deceased’s brother provided Tahrir, upon which a case was filed. The deceased’s wife and her boyfriend have been apprehended by police.

Anil Kumar, a Kinanagar resident who worked as a labourer, died late on Monday. The next morning, wife Poonam informed her neighbour Madanpal and a few others that Anil had died as a result of alcohol consumption. The lifeless body was then cremated.

Brother reveals truth

Bobby, Anil’s brother, filed a murder complaint with the police. He said Poonam had an illicit relationship with her nephew Rahul, an Amheida resident.

He also said that Rohit was at home on Monday night, and that Poonam and Rohit murdered Anil together. Following that, the deceased was cremated in order to eliminate the evidence.

Rohit confesses murder

Poonam and Rohit were detained and interviewed by police. During questioning, accused Rohit admitted to the murder.

Anil used to resist Rohit and Poonam’s love, so they strangled him to death on Monday late night at 12 a.m., according to Rohit.

Tahrir has been charged by the police, and both of them have been detained.

Who will parent children?

Poonam and Anil have two children, Anjali (6) and Dev (5). The father has perished, and the woman has been arrested for murder. In such a case, the question of who will parent the children has arisen.
