New Delhi: An assistant sub-inspector (ASI) filed a complaint against a Delhi police Special Commissioner (CP) for molesting her inside his office at the police headquarters.
In her complaint, a police officer said, “A special commissioner rank woman officer is heading the committee probing the allegations.”
According to media reports, “An inquiry has also been set by Delhi Police to investigate the allegation of sexual harassment of woman ASI.”

The internal complaints committee, led by Garima Bhatnagar of the special CP intelligence branch, is looking into the accusation. Suman Nalwa, DCP, PRO, is also a member of the committee.
According to authorities, the ASI sought a senior Delhi authorities officer, who then constituted an internal sexual harassment prevention committee to investigate the charges.
The inquiry is underway.
