New Delhi: Many areas in Delhi will be facing problems of water shortage on September 7. In this regard a new notification has been issued by the Delhi Jal Board. The board has advised the people to store water in advance in their homes.

Jal Board will shut the water supply for 20 hours

The water supply will be hindered for 20 hours. Due to the interconnection and repair of water supply pipe near Okhla Main, Barapulla Drain, South Delhi, and Sarai Kale Khan. The repair work will start from 10 am on September 7 and will continue till 6 am on September 8. As a result of this water supply will be stopped in many areas of Delhi.

The water supply will be hindered in these areas. If you are living in these areas then you should immediately store water.

Numbers released for water tanker supply by Delhi Jal Board

Following the inconvenience that will be caused by the hindering of water supply, Delhi Jal Board has released a list of helpline numbers that can be used to call water tankers. The people can take advantage of availing the facility of water supply through tankers.
