New Delhi: An interesting yet unfortunate report has come from Dumka area of Jharkhand. Here a teacher who appears to be teaching at a government school is apparently high on alcohol.
He can be seen lying unconsciously and trying hard to stand up. What appears from the video, the entire incident occurred in a government primary school.

Some other women also appear in the video who are probably cussing him for tis unruly behavior inside the school. Students can also be seen surrounding the the male teacher who is high on alcohol.
