Muzaffarpur, Bihar: A video of Shri Krishna Medical College Hospital in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur is quickly becoming viral. In this 59-second film, a family visits a female doctor late at night. The on-duty female doctor was sleeping in a room, wrapped in a shawl.

The doctor was awakened by family members and consequently she declined to treat the patient. The family approached the female doctor for the second time, and one of them began filming.

The female physician can be seen telling the family members, ‘what language they comprehend. The cops will not inquire as to what is wrong and what is not.’

Hospital superintendent comes forwar after video goes viral

“We have not yet got the video,” stated Hospital Superintendent Dr BS Jha. “If this occured at my hospital, we will need an explanation. This is very unacceptable; their role is to see the patient.”

“This occurred when I was on vacation. I will strongly advise her to transfer, and I will not allow such behaviour.”
