New Delhi: In a bizarre incident, a thief tried to steal a tractor got hit by the same vehicle. The tractor “literally” rammed him over due to a mistake of the driver.
A CCTV camera installed nearby recorded the whole incident. The footage of the same is going viral on the social media. The incident took place in Gujarat’s Modasa where the thief trying to steal the vehicle from a showroom.
The video is shocking but still many found it humorous after seeing the guts of the accused that he continued the robbery who just ‘had a narrow escpae of death.’
In the video, it can be seen that the thief was stealing a tractor when the tractor he was trying to steal fell on him. According to reports, the thief broke into a showroom in Modasa and stole a tractor. The theft was recorded by CCTV cameras installed in the premises of the tractor showroom.
In the video, it can be seen that the thief who broke into the property tried to start a tractor parked inside the property. After a few tries, the tractor started. However, the thief standing next to the tractor was crushed by one of the tractor’s giant tires.
The tractor started moving automatically and the thief was knocked out. However, the thief got up after being knocked down by the tractor and continued stealing.
He climbed onto the self-moving tractor and left the enclosure by climbing onto the tractor. He left on the tractor and left the property. According to information collected, the showroom owner has filed a complaint of theft.
The tractor was recovered five days after the incident. According to reports, the tractor was picked up around 400 km from the Modasa showroom. An investigation is underway.
After the video went viral on social media, netizens criticized the thief for his hilarious attempt to steal the tractor. They laughed at the thief and said that the thief was crushed by the tractor but still could not take the tractor away.
