The flood-like situation has created a host of problems for office-goers as all forms of transport – both public and private – have come to a standstill.
As a result, members of the public have been forced to resort to unconventional means in order to traverse the submerged streets.
A video has emerged which shows locals using tractors even as cars remain drowned under chest-deep water.
