Bihar: A female officer in Bihar’s Patna District was dragged and abused by a crowd. A total of 44 people were arrested, and three FIRs have been returned so far.
The woman officer was from the mines department, and the people who attacked her were involved in illegal sand mining in Patna’s Bihta town. Meanwhile, raids are being conducted to apprehend the fugitives. A thorough investigation has been undertaken.

In the video, people can be seen dragging the woman officer and assaulting her. Even they were throwing stones at her, and many of them, including the one filming the video, were hurling harsh language at her and threatening to maul her. The female cop could be seen fleeing for her life. By the time the guy filming the video arrived at the scene, someone was dragging the cop by her hand.

SP Rajesh Kumar said, “A group of anti-social elements attacked a district mining officer while she was carrying out an operation related to sand mining in the area. 44 arrested while 3 have been injured including the district mining officer and two mining inspectors.”
