Uttar Pradesh: A man killed his 20-year-old daughter and threw her body into a river. After the post-mortem, it was revealed that she was pregnant and had an affair with a young man in the village, and somehow her father learned about this.
The woman was identified as Kajal from Hetimpur Mathia village in Madhya Pradesh, which comes under the Mahuadih police station. The body was found in Chhoti Gandak on April 2. Police told me that she has been missing for a few days and that her father Naushad is now arrested for the murder.

The investigation indicated that Naushad was enraged by the news and murdered Kajal. According to authorities, he then wrapped the deceased body in a sack and flung it into the Chhoti Gandak River. According to the SP, family members of the accused told police that Naushad had sent them all to a religious facility prior to the incident.
The officer stated that he later made up the tale that his daughter had gone missing and even joined the search efforts and that he confessed during interrogation.
