Lucknow: A restaurant was inaugurated by the Cow in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The owner of the restaurant inaugurated his new establishment with a cow amid Vedic chants and conch shells. Everything from breakfast to dinner will be made of organic agricultural products.
Shailendra Singh, the director and manager of the restaurant, will get all kinds of food. He told me that this is the first organic restaurant in Lucknow. All types of food will be available here. Everyone will get healthy and affordable food.

He said that our agriculture and economy depend on cows. That’s why we inaugurated our restaurant with Gaumata. People now feel that having a healthy body should be their first priority. Unfortunately, chemical fertilisers and pesticides are used on the produce you get to eat. I think this will be the first restaurant in India that will have its own production, control, and processing. People themselves will be able to feel the difference after eating the food.
