Uttar Pradesh: A farmer was killed by a tractor which was being driven by his brother after he objected to entry into the farmer’s field. FIR has been registered for 12 people including his brother Sukhpal who got arrested.

According to police, the incident took place in Shahpur village on Saturday evening. The farmer was identified as Tejvir Singh (56) and the accused who was driving the tractor was Sukhpal. they both were in a land dispute.

While speaking to the police the farmer’s son, the matter began when his father stopped his uncle Sukhpal from entering his field. Then his father tried to stop Sukhpal while entering however during this Tejvir got hit by the tractor and died.

An FIR has been registered against 13 people including Sukhpal who got arrested by Circle Officer Vinay Gautam. The body has been sent for post-mortem examination.
