Three kids injured in celebratory gun fire, accused absconding

New Delhi: As many as three children were injured in celebratory firing on Saturday during a family event in the national capital. The police informed about receiving a call from Seelampur area at 7 p.m. seeking assistance.
The police reached the incident spot where it found that a local resident, Qutubddin, had organised the celebration the birth of his child.
According to the authorities, a guest named Aamir Hamza shot the bullet during the event.
The bullet ricocheted off the floor and struck the children playing. The three injured kids are between the ages of 7 and 8.
All three were rushed to the hospital, where the doctors informed that they are safe. The man who fired the gun is on run. The police has launched a search operation.
