A shocking case from Uttar Pradesh’s Kaushambi has come to light in which a person crossed all boundaries of inhumanity with a 7-year-old girl who is his cousin granddaughter. This was revealed when the 7-year-old girl told her mother about her ordeal, which caused the ground to slip beneath her feet.

What exactly is the problem?

This incident occurred in a village in the Saini Kotwali area of Uttar Pradesh’s Kaushambi district, where many members of the same family lived. Baba, a neighbour, took the 7-year-old minor girl to his house on Saturday morning under the guise of feeding her and tortured her there.

After a while, when her mother arrived to call her, she sensed something was wrong. After that, the daughter sobbed, ‘Mummy, Baba did wrong to me.’ She passed out as soon as she said that. This man, the mother suspected, had done something wrong with her daughter. Following that, the woman informed her husband.

According to the father of the 7-year-old girl, this accused is supposed to be his uncle in relation, and the girl called him ‘Baba’ since childhood. ‘He has shamed the relationship.’
