Rajasthan: The railway is planning to start a train from Ringas to Khatushyamji as it is the most visited religious place in Rajasthan by devotees. The survey will be started soon for laying about 16 kilometres of track from the railroad side.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has approved Rs 40 lakh for the construction of a new railway line up to Khatushyamji. He stated that the track’s survey work would be done soon. Following that, land acquisition and track laying will begin.
Railway Minister noted that special work is being done by the railways to connect cultural heritage and religious faith centres. Previously, development on a comparable new line for Ambaji in Gujarat had begun. Please inform that the Railways currently operate a train from Jaipur to Ringas. Pilgrims travel 16 kilometres by foot or by vehicle on different roads to Ringas Khatushyamji.

On April 5, 2023, Sikar MP Swami Sumedhanand Saraswati met with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and requested the construction of a new rail line from Ringas to Khatushyamji. Following this, the Railway Minister directed that a survey be conducted within 10 days for the purpose of laying the railway line, along with a budget. The MP expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav after the Railway Minister issued the order for the survey.
