Rajasthan: CM Ashok Gehlot will transfer subsidy money to the accounts of 10 lakh people under the Indira Gandhi Gas Cylinder Subsidy Scheme on 5 June. The necessary preparations have been made for this. However, for this, the government is currently taking data from local dealers and logistics officials. At present, this amount will be transferred to the accounts of the families who have registered in the disaster relief camps.
According to the government, the beneficiaries of both the Ujjwala and Indira Gandhi gas cylinder schemes will get the benefit of this scheme. Under this scheme, the candidates who have registered in poverty relief camps until June 30 will get the benefit of the scheme starting from April 1. The government clarified that the subsidy will reach the accounts after 21 days of receiving the cylinders.
According to the state government, the centre is not providing data on the beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme. At present, this subsidy will be transferred to 10 lakh people. The government is claiming that 70 lakh families in the state will benefit from this scheme.
