Telangana BJP’s General Secretary makes this claim
Further information about police action is still pending. Premendra Reddy, State General Secretary of the BJP, stated that the prisoner Sanjay was apprehended unlawfully from his residence in Karimnagar. Reddy claimed that the police action was nothing more than a stumbling block to PM Modi’s Telangana scheme.
Reddy questioned the necessity of taking action against an MP in the middle of the night. What exactly are crime and case? They aren’t saying anything to us. He is being transported to Bhongir. Why are the cops escorting them there? Reddy claimed that the motive for this action is that we are protesting the KCR government over the question paper leak. All of this is contrary to “democracy.”
