Chhapra- A youth in Bihar’s Chhapra was allegedly killed by lover’s family who called him over to meet. The incident was reported from Bengali Patti village of Sahjitpur police station.
Kunal Singh who was in love with a girl from the same village, mysteriously went missing last Friday that caused panic in the family. Upon searching a lot, Kunal’s relatives found that his lover was also missing.
After which, villagers assumed that the couple ran away together. However, the matter came to light when the relatives of the girl did not register any missing case in the police station. This rose suspicion among Kunal’s family as to how the girl’s family could not be worried about her.
Kunal’s family started looking for him aggressively. Following which, someone tipped the family that Kunal’s body was buried on the banks of the canal. Upon digging the area with the help of police, Kunal’s dead body was recovered.
Soon after the news broke out, family of the girl along with her absconded.
The father of the deceased made these allegations
Kameshwar Singh, the father of the deceased Kunal accused the family members of the girl of murdering his son. The police is investigating the matter. SP Gaurav Mangal said that the entire matter is being investigated. The body has been recovered in the presence of the magistrate, which was buried in the ground after the murder.
Last call to girlfriend
Kunal suddenly went missing on Friday. Two days after the incident, it was his girlfriend who informed Kunal’s family about his murder on a call.
Murder by hoax
The family members of the deceased alleged that the family members of the girl took Kunal’s life by tricking them into calling him. After this he was buried near the canal. The relatives of the deceased claim that Kunal’s last call was to his girlfriend only.
Both the families were against the affair
According to the information, Kunal and his girlfriend had an affair for about 7 years. A few months ago there was a rift between the two families. Both the families were against the affair of the loving couple.
