Pune: An incident took place on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway at Khopoli in Maharashtra on Thursday, where several vehicles collided, including the truck. As per the reports, four people were injured.
According to the reports, the truck driver lost control and hit a vehicle, which led to a multi-vehicle pileup. Police said the driver left the accident scene secretly. The injured people were taken to a nearby hospital, and no casualties were reported.

The news agency ANI posted a video of damaged and twisted vehicles on the Highway. In the video, injured persons are seen being transported to the hospital in an ambulance. The reason behind the incident is yet to be determined.
Earlier this month, four individuals were murdered when their SUV collided with a stopped lorry on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. According to him, the accident happened near the Urse toll plaza while the automobile was travelling from Mumbai to Pune. The 95-kilometre-long six-lane Mumbai-Pune Expressway was completed in 2002.
