“A woman named Bhavya Rai was caught on video abusing, misbehaving with a security personnel of the society,” said Bharti Singh, a senior officer of the police.
“The police have registered a case based on the complaint of the security guard. Her vehicle has been brought to the police station and she has been arrested,” she added.
The woman has been charged in a case under the Indian Penal Code, namely sections 153A (acts detrimental to harmony), 323 (voluntarily causing harm), 504 (intentional insult to incite disturbance of public peace), and 506 (criminal intimidation), among others, according to the police.
