Noida: Exciting news for 21,000 allottees residing in Sector-18 and Sector-20 of Yamuna City! The Yamuna Authority is underway with the construction of 23 parks in these sectors. These parks are expected to be fully developed by 30th September 2023, and the work currently involves planting boundary walls, saplings, and velvet grass.
In 2009, the Yamuna Authority initiated a housing scheme that included 21,000 plots ranging from 300 to 4,000 square meters. Now, the allottees in Sector-18 and Sector-20 are receiving possession of their plots, and the upcoming parks will enhance the living experience for the residents in these areas.
The ongoing park development includes planting various species of trees, including shady and fruitful ones, in alignment with different park designs. The Horticulture Department officers have received instructions to ensure that all 23 parks are ready before the specified deadline of 30th September 2023.
