Noida: Two lakh vehicles coming to Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad are going to get relief from the jam. The construction of the Signature Bridge at the Parthala roundabout is in its final stage. The project is ready to be handed over to the public by the end of May. Before its commissioning, the Noida Authority will get the planning done for the roundabout from the Central Road Research Institute.
This will be the city’s first signature bridge. After the construction of this bridge, there will be a saving of 30 to 45 minutes in the travel time of the drivers. Noida Authority officials said that with the commissioning of the flyover, the traffic towards Sector-71 and Greno West will get up and down faster.
On the other hand, a traffic diversion plan has been implemented for several months to speed up the under-construction Signature Bridge at Parthala roundabout in Noida. This plan will continue till the completion of the construction work. There is a diversion of traffic from Sector-71 towards Kisan Chowk via the Parthala roundabout. After its completion, vehicles from Ghaziabad, Hapur-Meerut and Noida and Greater Noida West can come directly towards Kalindi Kunj and DND without stopping.
