Noida: Haryana Roadways buses will be plying every day to and from Faridabad. This will be started after the opening of the Manjhawali Bridge connecting Greater Noida and Faridabad directly. The road towards UP is being constructed on this bridge. It is expected that the bus journey will start by the end of this year.

These three bridges being built on the Yamuna River will reduce the two-hour journey from Greater Noida to Haryana to just 20 minutes. Due to the non-availability of direct bus service, people have to reach two to three places by changing buses. Both states will now come closer with the bridge being built on the Yamuna River. At present, people have to come and go to Greater Noida via the Kundli-Ghaziabad-Palwal Motorway and Kalindi Kunj. People going towards Noida, Greater Noida, Jewar Airport, Gurgaon, Palwal, Mathura, and Agra will also benefit from this bridge.

Officials of the Haryana Transport Department said that there will be an official agreement with the UP government regarding the plying of buses between Noida and Faridabad, for which instructions have been given to the officials. A direct bus service will be started for Noida after the construction of the Manjhawali bridge. The Manjhawali bridge will be commissioned in the next few months, after which better transport facilities will be provided for both cities.
