Noida: Because of the increase in passengers, a mobile app is going to be developed soon by the Noida metro administration for booking and payment of different modes. For this, along with metro passengers, the corporation will take feedback from the cycle and battery rickshaw drivers. The management has decided to take facility suggestions from passengers through a questionnaire from May 25 at noon to June 24 at 11:59 p.m.

A questionnaire will be prepared for feedback regarding travel needs, challenges, and priorities. The authorities have appealed to all passengers and people providing transport services to participate. Every 100 people who fill out the questionnaire will be rewarded, and the questionnaire will be shared on the NMRC website.

Based on the suggestions received, the committee will prepare the app. Copies of these questionnaires will also be available at Knowledge Park 2, Pari Chowk, and Noida Sector 51 metro stations in Greater Noida. Two QR codes have been issued by NMRC, one for the passengers and the other for the transport providers. All the questions will come to the fore as soon as they are scanned with the mobile phone.

NMRC officials say that the Noida Metro Rail Corporation has recently been given the status of nodal authority for mobility services in the Noida and Greater Noida regions. After getting this responsibility, NMRC now wants to make the travel experience convenient, safe, less time-consuming, and economical. To be able to do this, we want to collect information on those priorities and issues. which people have to face day to day.
