Noida: Massive Fire Breaks Out At Banquet Hall In Sector 74, Electrician Dead

The fire ignited around 3 am on Wednesday and 15 fire tenders were rushed to the spot as soon as the information was received.

A massive fire broke out at banquet hall situated in Sector 75, Noida. The incident occurred late night and has claimed life of one electrician. Emergency services have quickly responded and fire tenders have reached the spot. Reportedly, the fire ignited around 3 am on Wednesday and 15 fire tenders were rushed to the spot as soon as the information was received. The cause of the fire is not known currently.

The deceased has been identified as Parminder.

Police informed that it took a long time to extinguish the fire as the structure of banquet was huge.

Speaking to ANI, Noida DCP Ram Badan Singh said “At around 3:30 AM, we got information that fire broke out at Lotus Grandeur banquet hall in Noida Sector 74. A total of 15 fire tenders reached here. Fire has been brought under control. One electrician, Parminder lost his life in the fire.”

It was informed that the banquet hall was under renovation currently.

Fire has been brought under control.
