Due to the heavy rains this morning, many areas including Noida Sector 62, and Sector 10 have been waterlogged. The rains have increased so much that the roads are knee-deep in water, due to which people are facing a lot of trouble while commuting.
It becomes even more difficult to send small children to school during the rainy season. After this decision of DM, both children and parents will get relief. A notice has been sent by the DM’s office to keep the schools closed today. Following the instructions of the administration, many schools have declared holidays on their official website as well.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in UP for the next two to three days. During this, warnings of heavy to very heavy rain have also been issued in many areas. In such a situation, people have been asked to be careful. On the other hand, due to the rains in Noida, and Ghaziabad, the water level of the Hindon River may increase further. Earlier on Tuesday, due to the increase in the water level of the Hidan River, the low-lying areas were flooded, due to which about 500 vehicles were submerged in water.
