Noida: On April 29, the Kalagram Society Noida, the district administration will stage the recommended Commedia Absurds for children and Dastan-e-Guru Nanak based on Guru Nanak Dev on April 30.
Renowned artists will perform in the play which will be organised under the Amrit Mahotsav series of Azadi under the guidance of DC Nishant Kumar Yadav. The purpose of this event is to promote art and culture. Along with this, interest in cultural programmes has to be maintained among the people. Such events have also been organised earlier by the district administration. Admission is free for the programmes being organised this weekend. While giving information from the Kalagram Society, Shikha said that in collaboration with the Search Ear organisation, the Merry Go Round group will organise interesting dramas for children under Commedia Absurds.
The event will start at 7 p.m. on April 29 at Kala Sthali, G Block, Palam Vihar. Similarly, on April 30, Dastan-e-Guru Nanak, a musical story of Guru Nanak Dev, will be presented in a very special style by Atelier Repertory Company. This event will also start at 7 p.m. at Kala Sthali, Palam Vihar.
