Noida: Noida depot has come in at number one in terms of earnings among all the depots across Uttar Pradesh. Noida Depot earned a net income of Rs 11 crore in the last financial year. whereas Greater Noida depot came in at number 3.
ARM NP Singh of Noida Roadways said that officers of the Noida depot and Region have been honoured in a function organised in the state capital, Lucknow. Presently, 180 buses are operating at the bus depot. Buses are plying daily from the depot to Lucknow, Bahraich, Sultanpur, and Ayodhya. In the coming days, the system will be further extended from the depot.
ARM MP Singh says that the objective of Noida Roadways is always to carry the maximum number of passengers so that people can reach their destination easily and get the maximum revenue. Buses are not kept standing for long in the depot and are dispatched as soon as the ride is done. He said that Noida Roadways buses are now plying on long routes as well. Noida Depot coming first in the state is the result of the hard work and honesty of the employees.
