Noida: The countdown has begun for the opening of the Parthala Signature Bridge to provide relief to the two lakh vehicles coming to Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad from the jam. The flyover will start on June 25 and will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Along with this, he will lay the foundation stone of schemes worth about Rs. 11,000 crore.
The project was ready to be handed over to the public at the beginning of April 2023 but was not handed over even after being built, and people themselves have opened the Signature Bridge (Parthala Bridge) after getting upset.
A 207-metre-long ramp is being constructed towards Greater Noida to reach this bridge. The length of the ramp is 287 metres, as in Noida. It has 220 girders and three pillars. The total length of the flyover is 600 metres and it has 6 lane road. After the construction of this bridge, there will be a saving of 30 to 45 minutes in the travel time of the drivers.
Parthala Bridge will make the journey easier for commuters from Sectors 51, 52, 61, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 121, 122, and Kisan Chowk. With this, commuters’ journeys from Delhi to Ghaziabad and Hapur will become easier. People coming and going from Delhi to Ghaziabad and Hapur will also get relief. With the completion of this bridge, drivers will not have to get stuck in the jam. Due to this, their time will be saved, and the journey will also become very easy.
