Noida: Surface parking was being operated free of charge due to the non-completion of the tender process for seven months, but this time the Noida Authority will charge for parking the vehicle in the parking lot: for a four-wheeler, Rs 20 for the first two hours and Rs 10 for a two-wheeler. After this, four-wheeler drivers will have to pay Rs 10 per hour, and two-wheeler drivers will have to pay a parking fee of Rs 5 per hour. The parking fee has been fixed for the whole day. Drivers can also avail themselves of a monthly pass.
Sector-25 Spice Mall, Sector-29 Ganga Shopping Complex, Brahmaputra Market, Shoprix Mall Sector-61, Sector-32 In front and side plots of Logix Mall, Sector-33 in the ARTO office plot area, and rear, Sector-54 Parking will not be charged anywhere in front of HCL, in front of Advent Building in Sector-142, between Sector-124 and 125, in front of Haldiram and Mahindra Showroom in Sector-63, or in front of Hajipur village in Sector-104.
The Noida Authority is engaged in the selection of the company regarding the ongoing parking system in the city. For this, the process of tendering has been completed in all five clusters. The agency will be selected for surface parking operations by the end of this month. After checking the documents of the companies involved in the tender, the arrangement for parking will be handed over to them. From next month, money will have to be paid to park the car in about 58 parking spaces on the city roads.
