NO ENTRY for 27,457 Vehicles Travelling from Ghaziabad to Delhi Starting at Midnight Today- Check Guidelines Before Planning Your Trip

Delhi-NCR News: It has been reported that 27,457 vehicles from the Ghaziabad district are not allowed to go to Delhi. These vehicles won't be allowed to enter Delhi till midnight today.

Delhi-NCR News: Owners of 23,175 BS-3 (petrol-powered) and 4,482 BS-4 (diesel-powered) commercial vehicles will be shocked by this news in light of the bad weather. To prevent these vehicles from entering Delhi, police and the RTO enforcement team have created joint teams. Teams will be sent out starting tomorrow, November 1. If caught, a heavy fine or even seizure of the vehicle will be imposed.

Seven Squads Established to Stop Vehicles

According to reports, 27,457 vehicles from the district are prohibited from traveling to Delhi. Only till midnight today will these cars be permitted to enter Delhi. The Commission for Air Quality Management made the decision in light of the worsening climate. In order to comply with the directive, seven teams have been established under the direction of two ARTOs.

Warning: Vehicles Travelling from These Locations

Vehicles from Dilshad Garden, Bhampura, Loni Border, UP Gate, Surya Nagar, Tulsi Niketan, Sonia Vihar, and Noida will be stopped by these squads. Until the Commission issues a new directive, this strictness will persist. Messages are being sent to the owners registered mobile numbers and these cars are being listed. This also makes advantage of social media. Drivers and car owners are being urged to abide by the regulations in the event of limitations.

Vehicles with BS-6 engines, CNG-powered vehicles, LNG vehicles, and electric vehicles traveling to Delhi would not be prohibited, according to an RTO enforcement officer. All the information will be displayed as soon as the car number is submitted, and appropriate action will be guaranteed immediately. BS-6 is a strict emission standard. Compared to BS-3 and BS-4 stage cars, it produces less pollution. Low-sulfur fuel is used in BS-6 vehicles. It contains 10 parts per million of sulfur, compared to 50 parts per million in the BS-IV stage.
