Mumbai: The body of a man was reportedly found cut into seven pieces and placed in a plastic bag at Mumbai's Gorai beach, police said today. Upon receiving the information, police arrived at the spot and launched an investigation into the case.
The body has been taken into police custody and sent for a post-mortem examination. The identity of the recovered body has not been revealed yet.

Unidentified Person Found Dead At Janipur
An unidentified person was reportedly found dead under mysterious circumstances in Jammu's Janipur town on November 11. According to Daily Excelsior reports, the body was recovered near a bank at Main Stop Janipur, a police official said.
Upon receiving information, the police team rushed to the spot and shifted the unidentified body to the Government Hospital. A post-mortem examination is being conducted and an investigation is underway.

In yet another incident, a seven-year-old boy's body was found dead in an open drain line in Delhi's Mustafabad area on October 27. Police said that the incident occurred on October 23, days after the boy went missing from home. A missing person report was filed at Gokal Puri Police Station the following day. After reviewing the CCTV footage, police recovered the body from a 6-ft-deep drain.
