Panic erupted in the Mumbai Police Department after they received a phone call and the caller informed them that bomb explosions would take place all over the city. The caller, who claimed to be a member of the infamous D-Company, said that massive acts of violence were being planned all over Mumbai. The Mumbai Crime Branch, in collaboration with Borivali Police, initiated an investigation and tracked the call to Suraj Jadhav, who was arrested immediately in Borivali. Officials have established that Jadhav is a habitual hoax caller with a past record of placing several spurious and disturbing calls to police stations throughout the city.
