Bombay High Court Foundation Ceremony: Mumbai Traffic Police Issues Advisory – Check Routes To Avoid

A temporary traffic management order will be enforced in the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) area. The order will strictly be in place between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm on September 23.

Mumbai: The Mumbai Traffic Police has released a traffic advisory, ahead of the foundation stone-laying ceremony of the new Bombay High Court building on September 23. The notice, issued on September 20, stated that the ceremony would be held at Government Colony Ground in Kherwadi, Bandra (E).

The notice further stated that the event would be attended by the honourable judges of the Supreme Court and the Bombay High Court, along with other VVIPs.

As stated by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Samadhan Pawar, a temporary traffic management order will be enforced in the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) area. The order will strictly be in place between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm on September 23.

Routes To Avoid

Traffic movement will be restricted on New English School Road connecting Ramkrishna Paramhansa Marg with J. L. Shirsekar Marg. This route will be open to vehicles directly linked with the event.

    Alternative Route

    Commuters can use Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Mandir Road as an alternate route to minimize delays. Motorists and residents are advised to plan their routes accordingly and abide by the traffic rules.
