New Delhi: A 22-year-old woman who was found naked lying on the Ashoknagar link road in Alipura area of Chhatarpur district in Madhya Pradesh on April 26, alleged that she was gang-raped by a cop and his relatives.
After gaining conciousness after nearly 24 hours, the girl alleged that the accused cop, Sanjay Tiwari who is positioned at Rajnagar Police Station in Chattarpur district had sexually assaulted her earlier and she filed a complaint against him.
As per the local media, the girl went to Chatarpur to visit the police station to discuss the matter on March 17. Late in the evening on the same day when she was returning to her home, she was abducted from near the railway station.
The victim was kidnapped by accused cop Sanjay Tiwari who was accompanied by his family members Ajay Tiwari, Mahesh and Mahendra in a car, reported MP Breaking.
After which, she was assaulted sexually multiple times and asking her to withdraw her case.
In her compalint to the police, the victim accused Sanjay Tiwari along with his relatives including Tiwari’s father, uncle and sister of the seual assault and torture.
She accused that the accused beaten her up and threw her in naked state at the spot on April 26 at 4 AM.
An investigation has been launched in the matter.
