New Delhi: A shameful incident has been reported from Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly where a father treated his son brutally as the latter defied him for woring as a labours. The kid wanted to study and go to school so he rebelled against his father.
In his harsh punishment to pursue education, the father tied him with a tree overnight to change his mind. However, the boy stood firm on his demands and clearly defied his father for not joining the labour work that the father was involved with.
The boy had gotten bruises and marks of the assault done by the father. Early next morning, the boy feld his house to run away from his father. After that, the boy reached her sister’s home in the morning and told her everything that the father did to him when he said no to the labour work.
His sister Shahbaaz then treated all the wounds that he recieved from his father’s assault and then decided to go to the police to file a complaint against the cruel behaviour of their father.
Father Was Drunk
In her statement to the police, the woman informed that her father is an alcoholic person and he was always under its influence. She said even at the time of incident, he was drunk and subjected her younger brother of physical abuse.
Taking immediate notice of that, the police quickly filed a complaint. Shahnaaz, the sister, was from the village of Barkaligang, Cantt region of Bareilly. The woman testified that her father, Abdul Hamid, was a worker.
Forced Younger Sister To Quit Studies
As per the media reports, Shahbaaz said the father also denied her sister to go to school. She said her father verbally abused her and even threatened her after she helped her brother.
Frustrated over it, Shahnaaz took her brother to the police station and filed a complaint against her father. The police then went to his father’s house to arrest him. However, the accused evaded arrest.
