In yet another tragic incident, a 45-year-old HDFC Bank employee, Sadaf Fatima, reportedly died on Tuesday after falling off a chair at her office in Lucknow. According to sources, she was declared dead upon arrival at a nearby hospital. She died due to stress caused by excessive work pressure, the reports stated.

This marks the third such incident due to work pressure if found true, amidst the uproar over the death of a Pune EY executive and a software engineer who self-electrocuted himself in Chennai.
