New Delhi: An inhumane video has surfaced on the internet where a man can be seen dragging a money with a rope on a rocky road. The gruesome incident took place in Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh.
The video has gathered extreme criticism considering the gravity of animal cruelty. As per the media outlets, the man dragged the monkey until he died. Following which, the man tied the rope around the animal’s neck and ran on the road to drag it.
While one of the miscreants did the crime, another shot the whole incident on camera for the purpose of sharing it on social media.
As soon as the police received the information regarding the crime against an animal, they rushed to the spot to run an inquiry. In the preliminary probe, they found three accused in the case and arrested them. The accused have been identified as Akil, Naseer and Faisal, reported media.

Accused Registered Under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act
A resident of Ramnagar under Gulavathi police station area, Nitin Kumar filed the complaint detailing the horrific incident that took place two days ago at a factory on Sikandarabad road. Kumar saw Akil, a resident of Gaanv Bhamra, along with his accomplices Nasir of Maudi Haapur and Faisal of Badkal Thana, pulling a monkey by a rope around its neck outside the factory premises.
It is alleged that accused Akil uploaded the video on his Instagram account. Another accused is said to have shared the video. Responding to the complaint, Gulavathi police station filed a case against accused Akil, Nasir and Faisal, under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
SP City Surendra Nath Tiwari confirmed that a report has been registered based on the complaint. Currently, three named suspects have been arrested and detained pending legal proceedings.
