Locals saw black smoke pouring from the printing factory and quickly put it out. The fire department was then notified.

A local stated, “His (Mohammad Jasim’s) younger son was able to get out of the factory somehow, but the other two got trapped inside and were charred to death.”

Meanwhile, four fire engines arrived on the scene and, after a lengthy battle, brought the fire under control. The burnt bodies were collected by police and transported for autopsies. According to a police source, investigations are underway, and if negligence is determined to be the cause of the fire, action would be taken against the authorities.
