New Delhi: Kinnar Mahant Simran, a resident of Patiala, Punjab, has accused a person of Sangrur of cheating of 50 lakh rupees after marrying her. Kinnar Mahant came in front of the media and said that Balwinder Kumar alias Mithu Ladda, former president of the District Youth Congress, knew that he was marrying a eunuch. Police is probing the matter. Kinnar Mahant said, “Balwinder has cheated her of Rs 50 lakh by marrying her.”
Police registered a case on Simran’s complaint
The police have registered a case against the accused Balwinder on the basis of Simran’s complaint. The police have started investigation by taking the accused on remand for one day. Simran Mahant of Patiala has alleged that Balwinder Kumar alias Mittu Ladda of Sangrur had married her. After this, 50 lakh rupees were cheated.
Victim Simran Mahant told the media in Sangrur, “The accused Balwant saw her in a program of Mahants. After this Balwant got married saying that she was in love.”
‘The accused knew that he was marrying a eunuch’
Simran said, “Before marriage, Balwant knew that he was marrying a eunuch. Balwant also accompanied her to many hill stations for a holidays. We have a long time as husband and wife in Chandigarh. During this time Balwant Has cheated 50 lakh rupees.”
While talking to the media, Simran also showed many pictures with the accused. After this Simran made rounds of the police, Bureau of Investigation and Women’s Cell. Now a case has been registered against Balwant.

In this case, police officer Sukhwinder Singh said, “A case has been registered against the alleged accused Balwinder Kumar alias Mittu Ladda. He has been produced in the court and has been taken in 1 day police remand. The matter will be investigated after interrogating him. It is alleged that Balwinder has stolen cash and jewelery from Kinnar Simran Mahant.
