Kanpur: A 40-year-old man from Kanpur killed his wife and two minor children after learning about an extramarital affair with his wife. After committing crimes, he hanged himself and committed suicide.

The suspect was identified as Indrapal Nishad, who used to work in a factory in Gujarat. On Saturday evening, he was found hanged, and his wife, son, and daughter were found lying dead with severe injuries.

After getting information about the murder senior police officer team including Inspector General (Kanpur range) Prashant Kumar and Superintendent of Police (Kanpur Dehat) BBGTS Murthy, reached the spot.

According to Murthy, it looks that Indrapal, who had just returned from Gujarat, beat his wife and children to death before hanging himself. According to IG Kumar, the man posted a live video on the social networking site Facebook on Friday in which he claimed his wife was having an extramarital affair with a male.

Police stated that an investigation is on and bodies were sent for postmortem.
