New Delhi: Days before the Independence Day, a man climbed a mobile tower in Rajasthan’s Churu demanding justice for himself. The police rushed to the spot to pursuade the man to climb down.
The man climbed a 100 feet high tower with a Tricolor in his hand as fell prey of injustice in his past. Frustrated and disheartened, the man took a noose along with hm on the tower with the intenstions of killing self. The noose was tied around his neck.
The eyewitnesses said the notice the man walking near the tower for a while but nobody paid any heed. After a while, the man climber the tower and started screaming for justice that attracted everyone’s attention. The police was immediately informed.
It took five hours for the police to convince him to loose the rope who took the man in custody as soon as he came down the tower. He alleged that he had to spend four months in jail in a false case fabricated against him. He was framed and was sent to jail.
The case pertains to Fatehpur area located near Churu district. A few days ago, he came out on bail from the High Court.
When the police started talking, it came to know that his name is Nandlal and he lives nearby. He told the police that a year back a friend of his had abducted a minor girl. In that case, the Kotwali police arrested Nandlal, even though it was not his fault.
After which, he was jailed for four months. A few days ago, he came out on bail from the High Court. He is now unemployed. He now appealed the police for justice for himself. After five hours, he could be persuaded to come down.
