Jaipur (Rajasthan): Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Saturday inaugurated Terminal 1 of Jaipur International Airport, saying it is a symbol of progress in the state. The Director of Airports (Adani Group) Jeet Adani was also present during the inauguration of Terminal 1 of Jaipur International Airport.
“A moment of joy and pride to inaugurate & reopen the int’l terminal at Jaipur_Airport in the presence of Hon’ble CM CM Bhajanlal Sharma & Hon’ble MP. The beautiful Pink City is the only int’l gateway for Rajasthan – a flagbearer for Indian tourism,” Jeet Adani wrote on X.

“The inauguration of this international terminal is a symbol of progress in the development of our state. This is the first international terminal in Rajasthan. It has a lot of facilities. Passengers will get better facilities… It has been built keeping in mind the culture and tradition of Rajasthan,” CM Sharma said.
He further said that the Rajasthan State Investment Summit is going to be held in December.
“Rajasthan State Investment Summit is going to be held in December, so guests from all over the world are going to come here, so definitely we will get its benefit here too,” he added.
He further mentioned that the capacity of Jaipur Airport is 65 lakh, which will be increased to 3 crore 80 lakh in the coming years.
“The current travel capacity of Jaipur Airport is 65 lakh, which will be increased to 3 crore 80 lakh in the coming years…My effort is to increase the number of investors and tourists in Rajasthan,” he said.
The revamped terminal aims to enhance both domestic and international passenger experiences at Jaipur Airport.
