Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday inaugurated Zoo Park-Aramghar flyover, the second largest stretch in Hyderabad. The flyover was named after former PM Manmohan Singh as a mark of respect and rememberance.
Speaking at the event, Reddy said, “This flyover that links with the airport, will be named after late former PM Dr Manmohan Singh. When PV Narasimha Rao was the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh was the Finance Minister and for 10 years, he also served as the PM. He did so much for India, so it is important to remember him. He created the state Telangana so the city should have his name.”
