Hyderabad Traffic Advisory: In view of Telangana State Formation Day Celebrations at Gun Park Nampally, and Parade Grounds, Hyderabad Traffic Police has issued a comprehensive traffic advisory on Sunday. In a post on X, the authorities wrote, “Secunderabad on 02-06-2025, the following traffic diversions and parking arrangements will be made.” The advisory, effective from 6 am to 1 pm on June 2, outlines several routes where traffic is disrupted.
According to the advisory, traffic coming from Dwaraka Hotel in Saifabad and heading towards the Hyderabad Traffic Police junction will be diverted at Ravindra Bharathi towards Iqbal Minar Junction. On the other hand, traffic coming from Nampally T Junction, intending to go towards Ravindra Bharathi, will be restricted entry and diverted at AR Petrol Pump towards BJR Statue.
Commuters must note that traffic congestion is likely at several junctions. These include Ravindra Bharathi, AR Petrol Pump, and Hyderabad Traffic Police Junction. Meanwhile, citizens are urged to avoid the following routes: Panjagutta – Greenlands-Begumpet to Secunderabad and the surrounding roads of Parade Grounds. Additionally, Tivoli X-roads to Plaza X-roads will be closed during the affected hours.

2. From Bowenpally, Tadbund, Tivoli towards Plaza: Diverted at Tivoli-Sweekar Upkar-YMCA-St.
John’s Rotary.
3. From Patny towards Trimulgherry: Diverted to YMCA Sweekar Upakaar Picket.
4. From Sangeeth X roads towards Begumpet: Diverted at YMCA towards Clock Tower-Patny-Paradise-CTO-Rasoolpura-towards Begumpet.
5. Traffic from Alugaddabai and Sec’bad Railway Station: Diverted at Sangeeth X roads towards Clock
Tower-Patny-Paradise.
6. From Bowenpally, Tadbund, towards Tivoli: Diverted at Brook Bond towards CTO-Ranigunj –
Tankbund.
7. From Karkhana, JBS towards SBI-Patny: Diverted at Sweekar Upakar towards YMCA – Clock
Tower-Patny or towards Tivoli-Brook bond-Balamrai-CTO.
8. From Patny: vehicles will not be restricted from entering at SBH SweekarUpakar and diverted towards Clock Tower-YMCA or Paradise-CTO.
9. From RTA Trimulgherry, Karkhana towards Plaza: Diverted at Tivoli towards Sweekar-Upakar, YMCA or Brook bond, Balamrai, CTO.
