Hyderabad: In yet another shocking incident that took place in recent times, a techie reportedly died by suicide at his home in Suraram Colony in Hyderabad’s Jeedimetla. According to reports, the 32-year-old software engineer died by hanging himself from a ceiling fan on Saturday. The deceased techie, originally from Andhra Pradesh’s Chittoor district, committed suicide in the absence of his family members, reports added. He was living with his wife and two children in a rented apartment in Suraram Colony.
Techie Hangs Himself In The Absence Of Family
According to reports, his wife and two children (7 and 5) went to visit her parent’s house in Kukatpally. The incident came to light when their maid informed the techie’s wife on phone call that nobody is opening the flat’s door. Upon arrival, she found him lying dead, Police said. They have launched an investigation into the matter to find out the reason behind the act.
Police Recovers Suicide Note
Additionally, Police recovered a suicide note from his house which was later sent for forensic examination. It was purpotedly written by the techie himself. Police suspect that he took the extreme step due to financial issues.
22-Year-Old Bengaluru Student Dies By Suicide
In yet another shocking incident that unfolded on Monday, February 4, 2025, the body of a postgraduate student at Bangalore University was reportedly found in her hostel room. Police informed that they recovered a suicide note from the 22-year-old student’s possession. Reports revealed that the deceased, a first-year MA student, was a resident of Bengaluru’s Mysuru district.
According to Jnanabharathi Police Inspector N Ravi, the deceased student returned to her hostel after leaving a college event midway. Police recovered the body later when her friends discovered she was unresponsive and informed them.
