A 25-year-old German woman allegedly rape in Hyderabad when a male offender drove her throughout the city despite promising to take her along with her German friend. The police report shows the accused drove the two foreign visitors together with five juvenile individuals. When he motivated everyone else to leave the vehicle he took the woman to a private location for sexual assault.
The Hyderabad authorities do not consider this an instance of gang rape. The attacker found an opportunity to remove the victim from everyone else and violate her with sexual force. The Rachakonda police continues its active search operation for the perpetrator, the officer told Indian Express.
A German woman journeyed to Hyderabad together with her friend on March 4 in order to meet her former Italian schoolmate. The accused individuals together with others from Yakuthpura saw the German nationals driving their rental car at 6:20 pm on Monday. During their first conversation the indicted man presented himself as helpful so he could guide the two visitors to their intended destinations.
The accused together with the eight members of his group dedicated their few hours to photographing scenic places and eating as they toured various locations. The accused made a request for everyone to exit the car for taking photos during that specific stop. Every male in the group finally stepped out of the car while the accused stayed behind with the woman. Following this, the offender directed his vehicle 150 meters down the road to conduct the attack on her person.
The attacker returned to the route after fifteen to twenty minutes at eight in the evening to let the survivor meet her friend before running away alongside his fellow criminals.
After receiving the complaint from the survivor, police established criminal proceedings according to Section 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The medical team has already tested the victim and special search teams are actively pursuing the subjects. Law enforcement officials search CCTV videos from the location to identify the person responsible.
